The Bending Elegance is a lamp made out of bend wood and stainless steel. The shape is elegant and simple, so it doesn't take your attention of the beautiful materials. The wood and stainless steel compliment each other as hot and cold, but because of the shape of the design they blend en befriend eachother.
The wood is vertically split in two, where a LCD-light strip is glued in. In this way, it looks like the wood itself is shining the warm light. The lights are powered by an cordless docking system wich is hidden inside the stainless steel parts that touch the ground. In that way you can charge the lamp by using the docking system and when it's charged enjoy the cordless lamp anywhere in the house.
